NOTES
- Application to the Equivalency Process and Registration for Assessments must be submitted online. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
- Upon verification, individuals who have previously participated in the l'Ordre des dentistes du Québec (ODQ) equivalency process, the Association of Canadian Faculties of Dentistry (ACFD) Eligibility Examination or the NDEB certification process for non-accredited graduates will receive a credit for the application fee.
- Due to a high volume of documents received by our office we are unable to provide oral updates on documentation. The status of your documents can be obtained by logging into your online application and selecting the Profile Tab. Documents that have been ‘received’ will take approximately 6-8 weeks to be reviewed.
